Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Shipments or deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. If Elixir is experiencing a high volume of orders, and there is a delay in shipping your product we will communicate this with you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USPS Priority	2-5 business days

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We cannot ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Elixir Mind Body Massage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Elixir Mind Body Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We do not ship outside of the Continental United States
